What this website collects
This website has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking cookies. It sets no cookie of its own. Browsing it leaves nothing on your device beyond your browser's ordinary cache.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to profile visitors.
The map
The location section shows a static image until you press "Load the map". Only then is a Google Maps frame loaded, which may place Google cookies on your device and send your IP address to Google. If you never press it, nothing is sent to Google. Google's own privacy policy applies to that frame: policies.google.com/privacy.
When you contact us
If you email or telephone us, we use what you send us solely to answer you and, where applicable, to arrange your stay. We keep that correspondence for as long as our relationship requires and for the periods French law imposes on accounting and tax records. We never sell it.
Bookings made elsewhere
Bookings placed through Airbnb are governed by Airbnb's own terms and privacy policy. We receive from Airbnb only what is needed to host you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Write to contact@bellemain.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the CNIL, www.cnil.fr.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
